We believe a warranty should be simple, fair, and easy to understand. At Spring Design Construction, we stand behind our work, communicate clearly, and treat every customer with honesty and respect.

What Our Warranty Covers

1-Year Workmanship Warranty

Spring Design Construction provides a one-year workmanship warranty beginning on the project completion date. If an issue results directly from our installation, contact us. We will inspect the concern and, when covered, correct the affected workmanship at no additional labor cost.

2-Trex Decking Material Warranty

Trex decking products include limited residential material warranties that vary by collection. Current coverage ranges from 25 years for Trex Enhance to 35 years for Trex Select and 50 years for Trex Transcend and Signature. Warranty terms, exclusions, and claim approval are determined by Trex. We will identify the selected product and provide the applicable manufacturer warranty information.

3-Artificial Turf Material Warranty

Artificial turf warranties vary by manufacturer and product. They typically cover certain manufacturing defects and excessive UV degradation. Warranty duration, exclusions, and labor coverage depend on the selected product. Before installation, we will identify the product and provide the applicable manufacturer’s warranty information.

4. What Is Not Covered

Our workmanship warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, damage caused by weather, soil movement, drainage conditions, third-party modifications, or materials supplied by the customer. Manufacturer warranty claims remain subject to each manufacturer’s terms and approval
